"I've trained with allot of people in my Martial Arts training and learned so much from so many. Most of all I attribute my training ethic to two people, Sensei Jeff Layne and Sabaumnin Andy Parker for all the hours of training we did together. All the sweat, bruises, blood and broken bones we endured together."
Train Like You Fight, Fight Like You Train
A lesson well learned from two awesome training partners and teachers. Some people think I'm a little rough in my teaching and training methods..... So Is Life!!
